The following deaths have taken place:

Kay Walker, Leitrim, Dublin and Donegal

The death has occurred of Catherine (Kay) Walker (née Toomey), Druminalass, Ballinaglera, County Leitrim. formerly Moatfield Park, Coolock, Dublin and Donegal. She died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at St Francis Hospice, Raheny.

Predeceased by her husband Gerry, brothers Eddie and Patrick and sister Eva, she is deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her loving son and daughters Brenda (Staunton, Louisburgh), Frank (Dublin) and Catherine (Dublin) sister Sr Margaret-Ann, brother Michael, son-in-law John Staunton, Frank's partner Diane, Catherine's partner Jason, grandchildren Ella, Eva, Will, Seán, Cillian, and Eryn, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended Walker and Toomey families, neighbours in Coolock and Ballinaglera, and a wide circle of friends.

Kay will lie in repose at Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny (D05 EE97) on Monday from 2pm until vigil prayers at 4pm.

Funeral arriving to St Hugh's Church, Ballinaglera on Tuesday at 11.40am for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Flowers gratefully accepted, but if desired, donations in lieu to St Francis Hospice Raheny  c/o Sweeney Funeral Directors, Louisburgh, County Mayo.

Teresa Halpin, Dublin and Pettigo

The death has occurred of Teresa Halpin (née Maguire), Ballygall, Dublin, late of Beneavin Manor Nursing Home, formerly of Rathmintin, Dublin 24 and originally of Pettigo. She passed peacefully in her 99th year, after a short illness, in the loving care of her family and the staff of the Mater Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Peadar, and loving mother of Larry and Terri. Sadly missed by her family, grandchildren Niall, Clare, Dom, Liam and Ciaran, great-grandchildren Noah, Isaac and Isla, daughter-in-law Rachel, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Mass takes place on Tuesday morning at 10am at the Church of Our Mother of Divine Grace, Ballygall Road East, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium at 11.50am approximately. Mass can be viewed online at https://ballygallparish.ie/index.php/myballygalltv/

Rose Diver, Ramelton

The peaceful death has occurred in her 102nd year, of Rose Diver, Castle Street, Ramelton, F92 V4X9

Deeply regretted by her nephews and nieces Monsignor J Anthony McDaid, Edward C McDaid, Rosemaria Kennedy (née McDaid), and their spouses Lottie McDaid and Walter Kennedy and the Diver nieces and nephews.

Her remains are reposing at her home with Rosary nightly at 9pm. 

Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon in St Mary's Church, Ramelton followed by interment in Killydonnell Cemetery.

Family flowers only; donations in lieu to St Mary's Church Building Fund care of any family member.

John Frederick Barker, Malin

The death has occurred peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital of John Frederick Barker, K & M Connolly Foundation, Malin.

Beloved husband of Joan, much loved Dad of Simon, Ashley and Svava. Loving Granda of Joshua, Jake, Gareth and his great-grand kids Rose, Honey and Ruby.

Funeral from the oratory at K & M Connolly Foundation, Malin Town on Sunday at 10.15am for cremation at 2pm in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Mary Williamson, Killybegs

The death has occurred of Mary Williamson, Ballysallagh, Killybegs.

Sadly missed by her brothers John and Eddie, sisters-in-law, Irene, Marion and Patricia, nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends Kathleen, Patricia, Marion and Anne.

Her remains are reposing in McBrearty's Funeral Home from 6pm to 8pm on Friday. 

Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am to St Mary of the Visitation Church, Killybegs for 11am Funeral Mass followed by burial in the local cemetery. Mass will be streamed live on www.mcnmedia.tv

Helen Mc Nulty, Ballybofey

The death has occurred of Helen Mc Nulty, (née Mc Nulty), Donegal Road, Ballybofey, F93 P8VX

Beloved wife of the late Paddy, much loved mother of Marie, John, Rose, Paul, Helena, Elizabeth and the late Patricia.

Her remains are reposing at the family home.

Funeral from the family home on Saturday at 3pm for Requiem Mass at 3.30pm in The Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar. Interment will take place afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed via the parish webcam.

Patrick Mc Loughlin, Stranorlar, Dublin, Sligo, Leitrim and England

The death has occurred of Patrick Mc Loughlin, late of Dunwiley, Stranorlar, Dublin, England, Sligo and Leitrim.

Beloved husband of the late Martha and dear father of John, Peter, Keith, and Declan, his daughter-in-law Linda, Helen, and Marie, his grandchildren Conor, Niall, Eva, Isaac, Finn, Patricia, Andrew and the late David, cherished brother of Nancy, Bridie, Bosco, Jacinta and the late Nuala. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his extended family and friends and neighbours.

His remains are reposing at his late residence in Dunwiley,on Monday from 5pm to 9pm.

Funeral leaving his late residence on Tuesday at 9.45am for Requiem Mass in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo at 11.30am. Interment will take place afterwards in Sligo New Cemetery. The Requiem will streamed live via the webcam at http://www.sligocathedral.ie/

Mary Gallagher, Ballyshannon

The death has occurred of Mary Gallagher, née Kelleher, Donegal Road, Ballyshannon, F94 T264.

Predeceased by her parents Hugh and Veronica Kelleher, Abbey Terrace and loving brother John Kelleher. Forever remembered by her husband Cathal, children Kevin (Andrea), Conor (Helen), Martin (Jessica) and Marie (Jack). Mary was much loved by her grandchildren Fionn, Orlaith, Martin, Megan, Alex, Robbie, Ben, Mya and Rebecca. She will be sadly missed by her friends and family near and far.

Her remains are reposing at her late residence on Friday from 1pm to 8pm. House private to family on the morning of the funeral. 

Removal from her residence on Saturday at 10.30am to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery. The Funeral Mass shall be streamed live on St. Patrick's Church page at www.churchservices.tv/Stpatricksballyshannon

John Pat Mc Fadden, Creeslough

The death has taken place of John 'Jim Pat' McFadden, late of Roscad, Creeslough and formerly McFadden Brothers Garage in Falcarragh. He passed away peacefully in the care of the Lakehouse Nursing Home in Portnablagh, Dunfanaghy.

Predeceased by his parents James and Mary, sisters Mary and Grainne, brothers Gerard, Packie and Tommy, he is survived by his wife Mary, daughters Maria and Angela, sons Eamonn, Shaun and Enda, daughters-in-law Maeve, Laura and Úna, son-in-law Martin, grandchildren Killian, Connor, Amelie, Tanya, Darcey, Clara and Felim, brothers James and Brendan, sisters Agnes, Eileen, Martha, Sadie, Margaret and Cash. 

The wake is taking place at the home of his daughter Angela, opposite the family home, on the Carrigart Road, Roscad, Creeslough. Family time from 10pm to 11am and on morning of the funeral.

Mai Deery, Ballybofey

The death has taken place of Mai Deery, Apartment 2 The Beeches, formerly Donegal Road., Ballybofey. She died peacefully at St Joseph’s Community Hospital, Stranorlar, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Vivian and much loved mother of Vivienne, Geraldine, Jude, Adrian, Marcus, Mary, Frances, Daniel, Shane, Rosalind, Rodney, and the late Liam. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Her remains are reposing at her late residence. Family time from 10 pm to 11am and on the morning of the funeral.

Gabriel Raftery, Dublin and Donegal

The death has occurred of Gabriel (Gay) Raftery, Portmarnock, Dublin and formerly of Finglas, Dublin, and Donegal.

Predeceased by his sisters Bernadette and Kathleen and brother Seán. Beloved husband of Margaret. Very sadly missed by his loving wife, children Dalgan, Deirdre and Brian, daughter-in-law Clodagh, Brian’s partner Aideen, his adored grandchildren Conor and Tadhg, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
