The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, has returned to Inishowen and spent an evening at the Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa - and has thanked Donegal for the privilege.
Having spent time on the peninsula in June, the author and philanthropist is back in the north-west and was joined in Ballyliffin by Beyond Light Therapy in Lisfannon Inishowen and Effective Health Solutions.

"Sometimes when I find when things get overwhelming I just try and take myself off to the most beautiful, wonderful, blast of fresh air, looking at the ocean, looking at the beach, looking at the shells.
