It'll be mainly dry for much of the day and while it'll be mostly cloudy, the odd bright or sunny spells is likely.
Later in the day scattered outbreaks of light rain and drizzle will spread from the northwest. Cool with highest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees in light variable breezes.
The rain and drizzle, along with any mist or fog will clear southeastwards early tonight. Clear spells will follow along with some scattered showers. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +3 degrees with perhaps a touch of frost, in light to moderate mainly westerly breezes, those winds a little fresher in northwestern and northern coastal parts.
Tomorrow, Saturday, will be mainly dry and bright for a time, with good spells of sunshine and just some well scattered showers. It'll become increasingly cloudy through the day with some rain and drizzle spreading from the northwest later in the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in light to moderate west to southwesterly breezes, freshening later in western coastal parts.
