A generally cloudy day with outbreaks of rain and drizzle to start in Donegal, Met Éireann say.
These will die out and brighter spells will spread from the west as the day progresses. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees, though a bit cooler on coasts exposed to the light northerly breeze.
Dry with clear spells tonight. A few mist or fog patches will form. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 10 degrees, in a light variable breeze.
Wednesday will be dry to start with sunny spells. Showery outbreaks of rain will develop during the day. Cloud cover will vary in the afternoon. Another warm day with highest temperatures of 19 to 23 degrees in a light to moderate southerly wind.
