Patchy rain in Donegal will turn more persistent later and widespread

It will be rather cloudy today, Monday, and there will be patchy drizzle at times, Met Éireann say of Donegal.

Highest temperatures 14 to 16 degrees in a light to moderate westerly breeze. Patchy rain will turn more persistent later and widespread by morning. Temperatures 10 or 11 degrees in light to moderate west to southwest winds, freshening along coasts with the more persistent rain.

Rain to start tomorrow, Tuesday, will clear to sunshine and showers by afternoon. Highest temperatures 13 or 14 degrees, and feeling a good bit cooler as the winds veer northwest and increase moderate to fresh gusty in the afternoon.
