Met Éireann have said Donegal is in store for a mixture of sunshine and showers, with temperatures reaching as high as 20 degrees today.
Sunny spells along with well scattered showers, mainly in Donegal with some turning heavy at times there later in the afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees with light east to northeast or variable breezes.
Becoming dry with long clear spells for most with just isolated showers for tonight. Mist and fog will form overnight. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 11 degrees in light northeasterly or variable breezes.
Fog will clear through the morning to leave another day of sunny spells and scattered showers on Thursday, heavy at times with a further chance of thunderstorms developing. The showers will become more isolated later. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees in mostly light northerly breezes, more moderate in western coastal areas.
