Irish official appointed to Women's Champions League Final refereeing team

League of Ireland match official Michelle O'Neill has been appointed to the UEFA Women's Champions League Final refereeing team.

Barcelona and Wolfsburg will contest the tie at PSV Eindhoven's Philips Stadion on Saturday, June 3.

Wexford native O'Neill, who has been a match official at the Tokyo Olympics and the 2019 UEFA Super Cup final between Liverpool and Chelsea, will also be an assistant match official at this summer's FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
