IN another historic victory for Ireland, winger James Lowe stated after the game that "we came away with what we set out to get".

Lowe contributed to turnovers and incredible field kicks to help Ireland get over the line in one of their most physical battles to date.

"I am going to be sore tomorrow I won't lie, but they are a big physical team, they really pride themselves on being combative and they really brought it to us and there was some serious performances from our forward pack to front up."

The game was on a knife for the majority of the second-half with this Irish team showing true resilience to come away with a crucial win in the group stages of the competition.

Lowe continued by saying "We have earned a bit of belief, we have been through a bit. We have played well at home especially in the Six Nations and thats all belief and that's where we get it from and today we used that to our advantage."

Over 30,000 Irish supporters watched on as their team gained another win over one of the World's best rugby teams and the Leinster winger commented on how special that is.

"When you hear any Irish anthem coming on or even Zombie there at the end the whole place just lights up and it is absolutely amazing. We hope we can carry that on throughout the tournament."
