RTÉ star Brendan Courtney has just put his stylish penthouse on the market as he waves goodbye to the big smoke for good to settle in his new beautifully renovated Wicklow home.

The Keys of your life presenter has listed his apartment located on Usher's Quay in Dublin city centre with an asking price of €520,000.

The fashion designer had moved to his new home in Wicklow but was forced to return to Dublin after a car crashed in to the front of his home, a terrible accident he narrowly escaped.

Now that he's ready to move back in, Courtney is selling his beautiful apartment through Owen O'Reilly and has said he is 'very proud' of it.
