REVEALED: National Lottery names county where two winning EuroDreams tickets were sold
The National Lottery has revealed that the two winning tickets in Monday night's, 8 September, EuroDreams draw were sold in County Wicklow in a historic double win for the county and even for Ireland.
A very lucky online player in Wicklow has officially become Ireland's first EuroDreams top prize winner, securing €20,000 every month for 30 years totally a staggering €7.2 million. The EuroDreams player matched all six numbers and the Dream Number in Monday night's draw.
And there has been even more celebrations in the county as another Wicklow player won big in the EuroDreams draw on Monday. This player matched six numbers to win the Tier 2 prize of €2,000 a month for five years.

The National Lottery has announced that the winning Tier 2 Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw at SuperValu in Castle Street Shopping Centre in Bray, County Wicklow.
Speaking on their Tier 2 win, SuperValu Bray Store Manager, Tanya McGarry, said: "There’s fantastic excitement in-store, our team is buzzing, customers are talking about the win, and the whole Bray community is celebrating. It’s incredible to know that a ticket bought right here has delivered one of the top EuroDreams prizes. We’re so proud to be part of the joy and excitement, and we wish the winner all the very best!"
The National Lottery has confirmed that both winning players have made contact with the Prize Claims team.
Commenting on the historic double win, National Lottery spokesperson Emma Monaghan said: "Monday’s draw was truly historic for the National Lottery – to have not only our first ever EuroDreams top prize online winner, but to have two Irish winners in the one night, is fantastic. We can officially confirm that the two prize winners have made contact with our Prize Claims team and we’re looking forward to welcoming them to Lottery HQ in the coming weeks!"
