Witnesses sought as four men are injured during public order incident in Clare

Investigations are ongoing and no further information is available at this time

Four men have been injured following a public order incident in Miltown Malbay,Co Clare on Sunday evening. 
Taking place on August 17, Gardaí responded to reports of an incident involving a number of individuals along Main Street in the town at approximately 7:10pm.

Four males, two aged in their 20s, one aged in his 30s and one in his 40s, sustained injuries that are believed to be non-life-threatening at this time.

One of the men, aged in his 20s, received medical treatment at the scene. The two males in their 30s and 40s were subsequently conveyed to University Hospital Limerick for treatment.

The scene was preserved for technical examination and Gardaí are now appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.

Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, including road users with video/dashcam footage from the area at this time, is asked to make contact with investigating Gardaí.
