I’m Leah, a 29-year-old Limerick native and financial planner with a passion for education, community, and creating opportunities for others. After graduating from the University of Limerick, I built a career focused on improving financial literacy especially among women and young people because I believe knowledge is one of the most powerful tools we can offer. Resilient and driven, I’ve seen firsthand how access to the right support and information can transform lives. That belief inspires everything I do from delivering financial advice to running Bláthú, a workshop designed to help women grow in confidence, find community, and take up space in their personal and professional lives. Outside of work, I coach Ahane U8 Girls’ Gaelic football team, playing with the Ahane Mothers & Others, and volunteering with NOVAS. As a financial planner in a male-dominated industry, I’m committed to uplifting women’s voices, championing inclusion, and encouraging more women to pursue careers in finance. As a Rose of Tralee candidate, I hope to represent Limerick’s strength, heart, and ambition and inspire others to believe in their own potential.
