Learner driver caught speeding while on their phone and that's not all
Gardaí in Kildare detected an unaccompanied learner driver speeding during heavy rainfall while also using their phone.
The Roads Policing Unit attached to Naas Garda Station were on patrol of the N7 when they spotted the driver.

Not only was the driver speeding and on their phone, Gardaí said they tried to 'cod' them with a fake full licence.
