Gardaí in Dublin have issued a renewed appeal for witnesses, as they continue to investigate a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the N7 on Saturday.
The crash occurred at around 9am, and involved a car and a truck between Junction 4 (Rathcoole) and Junction 5 (Athgoe) on the N7 Westbound in Dublin.
A passenger in the car, a man aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigating Gardaí are renewing their appeal for any witnesses to this collision to come forward, and in particular are appealing for the driver of a daytona grey coloured Audi A5 Sportback, who gardaí say was driving on the N7 at the time of the traffic collision.
In a statement, gardaí urged the Audi driver and any other witnesses to make contact, saying: "Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area at the time of the incident, are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí".
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact Clondalkin Garda Station 01-6667600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station".
