Major choking hazard prompts immediate recall of children's finger paint sold on Wish

Children's finger paint is being recalled due to a major chemical and choking risk.

According to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), finger paint sold on the Wish platform contains strong sensitisers which can provoke allergic contact dermatitis in sensitised people.

Additionally, the foam of the ink pad tears easily and a small child may put the foam in their mouth and choke.

The Wish ID of the affected product is 5d11e3de28f36e22263d6347, while the model number is Couleur bleu. The barcode, brand and the batch number are unknown.

There are 11 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

If you purchased one of these products, please stop use immediately and discard the product.

You may wish to contact Wish to see if there are any remedies available to you; this can be done via your user account on the Wish platform.
