Driver in Tipperary six times over the legal limit found concealing knife
A driver was arrested for being over six times the legal alcohol limit, according to the An Garda Síochána social media page.
Tipperary Road Policing Unit who were patrolling Roscrea stopped this car after an Automatic Number Plate Recognition alert for no insurance.
After failing the roadside alcohol test, the driver also tried to conceal a knife which Gardaí seized alongside the car.
The perpetrator was charged and court will follow.

Driver then failed a roadside test and was arrested for being 6 times over the legal alcohol limit.
A knife was also seized by Gardaí which he tried to conceal.
