Irish parents are being urged to "immediately" discontinue use of a baby toy sold online due to a major risk of choking.
According to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), a risk of asphyxiation has been identified with the Sozzy Arched Toy sold on the Amazon platform.
A child may place the removable plastic rings on the arch into their mouth and it may obstruct their airways, especially if they cannot sit up by themselves.
The Amazon ASIN is B09FJN3Q6T and the barcode is 6925783814177.
There are approximately 134 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
If you purchased one of these products, please discontinue use immediately.
