National: Two men arrested for alleged fraud against the HSE

Two men arrested for alleged fraud against the HSE

Gardaí have today, Wednesday January arrested two males aged in their mid 40s and late 50s, in the Dublin Region on suspicion of alleged fraud against the Exchequer and the HSE.

The Garda National Economic Crime Bureau are investigating the complaint of alleged fraud that took place between 2017 and 2019.

Investigating Gardaí have arrested the two men on suspicion of an offence contrary to Section 71 Criminal Justice Act 2006.

Both males are currently detained under the provisions of Section 50 Criminal Justice Act 2007 in South Dublin Garda Station.

Gardaí say the investigation is currently ongoing.
