IN THE early hours of this Wednesday morning, gardaí from Store Street station successfully apprehended two individuals in their late teens following a burglary at a business premises on Henry Street, Dublin 1.
At approximately 1am, gardaí responded to reports of a burglary where four individuals had entered a business premises on Henry Street and made off with a substantial amount of property.
Gardaí soon arrested two males, who were found in possession of the stolen items just a short distance away from the crime scene.
The arrested individuals were promptly taken to a garda station in the city center of Dublin, where they were being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
A garda spokesperson said: "Both men have since been charged in relation to this burglary and are due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, this morning Wednesday 13th December, 2023 at 10.30am".
