Donegal in for a blustery time

Yellow wind warning on the way

Windy conditions on the way

Donegal will be affected by a little stormy weather tonight and early tomorrow, Wednesday.

Met Éireann has issued a moderate Yellow weather warning today suggesting we can expect south to south-west winds occasionally reaching mean speeds 50 to 65 km/h, gusts 90 to 100 km/h between midnight and 6am.

It is not expected to create unpleasant conditions but to be on the safe side it's best to be aware that it might get a little windy if you are out and about early. Most of us would agree, we'll take it over the ice and snow any day!
