Dull tomorrow morning with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Dry and bright spells will develop for a time in the early afternoon but a spell of more persistent rain will spread from the south later in the afternoon and evening, with localised flooding possible. Highest temperatures of 7 to 9 degrees in moderate to fresh southeast winds.
