Wet and breezy with persistent rain in Donegal today, heavy at times, spreading from the west this morning and afternoon.
A clearance to drier conditions, with just some isolated showers, will follow in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees. Moderate to fresh southerly winds will veer southwesterly and ease with the clearance of the rain.
Starting off mostly dry with clear spells then tonight, before scattered showers feed in from the Atlantic and track eastwards. Some of the showers will be heavy with a chance of hail. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees, with moderate to fresh and gusty southwesterly winds.
Tomorrow, Friday, will kick-off blustery with a mix of scattered showers and sunny spells. The showers will become lighter and more isolated through the morning. Highest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees, with moderate to fresh and gusty southwesterly winds easing and backing southerly towards evening.
