A selection of the crowd who made their way to the Donegal Self Build and Rebuild Exhibition last year
Donegal New Build and Rebuild Exhibition 2025 - in association with the Homes of Donegal magazine - will be the biggest coming together at a local level of professionals and suppliers in the construction industry and home interiors in the north-west this year.
It will run over three days from Saturday, February 1, to Monday, February 3, from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday and 12 noon to 6pm on Sunday and Monday in the very spacious grand room of the Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny.
Potential new home builders and homeowners looking to renovate their existing dwellings will be given the opportunity to come along and talk face-to-face with local professionals.
Over the weekend the services exhibiting will cover everything from planning your project to lenders, and finished homes including kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and interior design. There will also be landscaping experts on hand to discuss outside work around your home.
Admission to the show is free but there will be donation buckets for this year's chosen charity St Vincent De Paul.
This year there will be the chance to listen to some guest speakers across Sunday and Monday at designated times.

Michael Broaderick will be on hand to give a talk and answer any questions on The First Home Scheme. This is a scheme which provides funding to first time buyers and those who qualify under the ‘Fresh Start’ principle (individuals separated or divorced who no longer have an interest in the family home) who have a gap between their deposit, mortgage, and the price of a new home they are trying to purchase. The scheme can be used to purchase a new home in any private development in the Republic of Ireland. Please note that Michael will only be attending the show on Sunday.
