Some 6,243 homes and businesses are affected by the fault
More than 6,000 homes and businesses in the Buncrana area have been left without power following a major fault.
ESB Networks says the fault was reported at 10.14am on Tuesday morning and affects 6,243 customers. The utility says it is working to repair the fault and power is expected to be restored by 11.15am.
