Three treated for injuries following Carrigans collision

The R236 road was closed for a period of time

Three people were treated for injuries following a two-car collision in Carrigans on Monday night.

The collision occurred on the R236 road at Dunmore at around 10.30pm.

The road was closed for a time. Emergency services including An Garda Siochana, the Ambulance Service and the Fire Service attended the scene.

“Three persons received medical attention following the incident,” a Garda spokesperson confirmed to Donegal Live.

The spokesperson added that enquiries are ‘ongoing’.
