A cash register was stolen from a chip van in Bridgend at the weekend.
Gardai are appealing for information on the incident that occurred between Saturday at 10pm and Sunday at 4pm.
A chip van was parked at Bonnemaine, Bridgend. The lock was forced open and entry was gained.
The cash register which contained a sum of money was stolen from the van.
A Garda spokesperson said: “If anybody has any relevant information that might assist with this investigation we ask them to contact Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540. The Garda Confidential line may be reached on 1800 666 111.”
