A man from Gleneely in County Donegal has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court charged with a series of driving offences.
Kevin McDermott (35) whose address was given as Gleneely faced a total of six charges.
He is charged with aggravated vehicle taking and driving while unfit on November 23 last year.
He is also charged with two counts of failing to provide a specimen, no insurance and the theft of a set keys again on the same date.
When the charges were put to him he pleaded not guilty to all.
He was released on bail to appear again on April 12.
