Planning granted for apartments on Buncrana's Upper Main Street

Planning permission has been granted for the apartments with six conditions

Planning permission has been given to convert a terraced house on Buncrana’s Upper Main Street into apartments.

Donegal County Council has granted planning permission to Paul Doran to convert the three-storey building at 11 Upper Main Street into three individual two-bedroom apartments

No submissions were made in relation to the proposals, which were submitted in October. Planning permission has been granted with six conditions.

The conditions include that the apartments are used as permanent homes only and shall not be used for holiday homes. Use as holiday homes is not authorised unless there is a separate grant of planning permission.
