Crana College students have been doing their bit for the community recently with a charity food drive.

Students were asked to bring in and donate some non-perishable items that were collected in trolleys at the school’s front door. The event was organised by Ms Pauline Walsh and was in aid of St Vincent de Paul.

The handover of goods was made before the Christmas holidays. “We were delighted with the donations from the school community helping people in need;

especially at this time of year,” said Ms Walsh.
