Odhrán Doherty (Naomh Conaill)

Doherty is a prime example of where hard work can take a player. In 2019, he was on the Naomh Conaill senior squad that tasted Donegal SFC glory, but was down the numbers.

He was lining out for the Naomh Conaill senior reserves the same year before he broke into the senior team in 2020. After nailing down a spot in Martin Regan’s side, he hasn’t looked back.

The Fintown native lines out alongside brothers Eunan and Ultan at club level.

A soldier with the 28th Infantry Battalion, based at Finner Camp, Doherty was taken into the Donegal development squad last year by Declan Bonner.
