Dungloe maintained their push for promotion with a hard fought five point win over Carndonagh in Rosses Park on Saturday evening. 

Luke Clerkin's five points saw him finish as top scorer for Dungloe, who had nine different scorers over the 60 minutes. 

Barry Curran, Dylan Sweeney, Shaun McGee, Oisin Bonner, Conor O’Donnell, Daire Gallagher, Cianan McDaid, and Karl Magee also scored for the locals. 

Cian Doherty at centre half forward led the Carndonagh scoring charge, kicking seven points in total.

Olan McLaughlin (M), Cian Burke, Padraig Doherty, Michael Noone, and Ryan Kelly also split the posts for the Inishowen side, who gave the locals a run for their money.  

Dungloe scorers: Luke Clerkin 0-5,2f,1tp, Barry Curran 0-4, Dylan Sweeney 0-3, Shaun McGee and Oisin Bonner 0-2, each, Conor O’Donnell, Daire Gallagher, Cianan McDaid (f) and Karl McGee 0-1 each. 

Carndonagh scorers: Cian Doherty 0-7,2f,1tp, Olan McLaughlin (M) 0-2,1tp, Cian Burke and Padraig Doherty 0-2 each, Michael Noone and Ryan Kelly 0-1 each.
