Carndonagh, big winners on their long trip south to Pettigo
Pettigo 0-6
Carndonagh 4-20
Carndonagh made the long journey to Pettigo on Sunday a very profitable one with an easy victory over the locals, who were playing in the higher championship after their victory last year.
But the higher level proved a step too far for Pettigo, who trailed by 0-12 to 0-3 at the break.
It was very much one-way traffic in the second half as Carndonagh, although missing their county star Conor O’Donnell, found the net four times.
