Kathleen Fox, Ard O'Donnell, Letterkenny

The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Kathleen Fox, 9 Lower Ard O'Donnell, Letterkenny, F92 FT5E.

Deeply missed by her sister Mary and husband Joseph Jurofcik (New York), nephew Joel and wife Stella (New York) and niece Michelle and husband Michael Wheeler (Boston), extended family, friends and neighbours. 

Kathleen’s remains will be reposing at her late residence on Wednesday from 3pm until 10pm and on Thursday from 12 noon until 10pm with rosary both evenings at 9pm. House private on the morning of the funeral please. 

Funeral from there on Friday at 10.40am going to St. Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny.

Interment afterwards to New Leck Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to St. Vincent De Paul, St. Camilla’s Conference, Letterkenny, c/o any family member.  

Mary Ann McKenna, Glasgow and formerly Cloghan

The sudden death has taken place at her home in Glasgow on Tuesday, December 13, of Mary Ann McKenna, née Magee, formerly of Ballykerrigan, Cloghan.

She is survived by her children Anne, Molly, Kate, Gerard, Michael, also her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephew. Pre-deceased by her husband, Charlie and baby son Bernard.

Funeral Mass will take place at the Immaculate Conception Church, Maryhill, Glasgow on Friday, December 23 at 12 noon,  thereafter to Lambhill Cemetery at 1.15pm. 

Loretta Kenny, Lurganboy, Ardara

The death has taken place at Killybegs Community Hospital of Loretta Kenny (née Breslin, Con Hanna ) Lurganboy, Ardara.

Deeply regretted by her sons Frank and Steven and daughter Loretta. Sadly missed by her sister Annie (Ardara), Philomena (US) and Francie (Manchester), daughters-in-law Bridie and Janet, grandchildren, great-grandchild, relatives, neighbours and friends.  
 
Her remains will repose at her residence from 11am on Tuesday.
 
Funeral from there on Wednesday at 12.30pm to the Church Of The Holy Family, Ardara for 1pm requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Paddy Gallagher, Mullingar and Bundoran 

The death has occurred of Paddy Gallagher, Dalton Park, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and late of Bundoran, in the company of his devoted wife and family and the management and staff of Rose Lodge Nursing Home, Killucan.

Predeceased by his infant daughters Lorraine and Bernadette.

Loving husband of Ethna and dear father of Mary, Denise and Susan. Paddy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, daughters, his adored grandchildren Frankie, Rachel, Sophie, Patrick, Áine, Ewan and Dylan, great-grandson Paidi, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends in Mullingar and Donegal where Paddy was known as Paddy Jnr. 

Reposing at Gilsenan's Funeral Home (N91 K660) on Tuesday from 4.30pm with removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30pm.

Paddy's Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11am and may be viewed live on www.mullingarparish.ie. Burial will take place afterwards in Ballyglass cemetery. 

Nessa Egan, Lismintan, Ballintra

The death has occurred at Sligo University Hospital of Nessa Egan, Lismintan, Ballintra. 

Sadly missed and forever remembered by her parents, Brian and Theresa and by her brother, Brían Og. Much loved by her sons, Ultán Egan Doherty and Odhran Egan. 

Nessa's remains will repose at the family home in Lismintan, Ballintra, on Tuesday from 5pm until 10pm and again on Wednesday from 5pm until 10pm.

Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St Brigid's Church, Ballintra, for 11am Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. House private on the morning of the funeral, please.

Kathleen McNulty (née McMorrow), Mountcharles and formerly Tawly, Co. Leitrim and Leicester, England

The death has occurred of Kathleen McNulty (née McMorrow), Mountcharles and formerly Tawly, Co. Leitrim and Leicester, England. She passed away peacefully at the Rock Community Nursing Unit, Ballyshannon.

Reposing at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Winifred Mc Nulty and Larry Masterson, Munterneese, Mountcharles on Tuesday from 3pm until 9pm. House private at all other times.

Sadly missed by her daughter Winifred McNulty, her son-in-law Larry Masterson, grandson Patrick, his fiancée Sophie Love, great-granddaughter Hannah Kate, her sister Margaret Gallagher (Kinlough), sister-in-law Nora Foster (Tawly), nieces, nephews and all her relatives and friends.

Funeral arriving to St Aidan’s Church, Kinlough on Wednesday for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am. Burial afterwards in Finner Cemetery, Bundoran.

Annie Browne, Glasgow and formerly of Meendrain

The death has occurred in Glasgow of Annie Browne, Glasgow and formerly of Meendrain.

Arrival on Tuesday, December 20 going to St.Patrick’s Church, Meenacross at 6pm where she will repose overnight.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 21, at 10am with interment afterwards in Maghery cemetery.

Sheila Fletcher (née Gallagher), Lower Glassagh, Gaoth Dobhair

The death has occurred in Áras Ghaoth Dobhair of Sheila Fletcher, Lower Glassagh, Gaoth Dobhair.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Jim, her daughters, Annemarie, Christine and Mary, her son Paul, her sisters, Sr. Bridie, Sr. Kathleen, Ellen and Ann, sisters-in-law, Nellie and Kitty, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.

Predeceased by her sister Mary and her brothers Peadar, Charlie, John and Pádraig.

Her remains will repose at Roarty's Funeral Home, Derrybeg (F92DN4X) on Tuesday from 2pm to 6.15pm. Removal afterwards to St. Colmcille's Church, Cnoc Fola, for 7pm to repose overnight.

Joseph Devenney, Cormullion, Laghey

The death has occurred at Sligo University Hospital of Joseph Devenney, Cormullion, Laghey.

Joseph’s remains will repose at his home on Tuesday from 12 noon until 4pm. House private at all other times please.
 
Remains will arrive at St Briget's Church, Ballintra on Tuesday for 6pm to repose overnight. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Rev. Fr. James Anthony Boyle, Drumletterfin, Inver

The death has occurred of Rev. Fr. James Anthony Boyle, Drumletterfin, Inver. He passed away suddenly at his residence.

Removal from Gallagher's Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles took place on Monday evening to his late residence (F94 Y248).

Reposing there on Tuesday from 2pm until 10pm. Removal from there on Wednesday going to the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Frosses, for 1pm funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.

A one way system will operate at the wake, entry at Inver bridge and exit on the Ardara or Glenties roads.

Denis McLaughlin, Cloghbane, Downings

The death has taken place at his home of Denis McLaughlin, Cloughbane, Downings, F92 CY80.

Predeceased by his father Edward and mother Annie, sister Bridget McGroddy, and brother Edward.

Deeply missed by his wife Mary, sons and daughters - Denis (Christine, Portuma, Galway), Maureen (Michael O'Connor, Kilmacrennan), Anne (Navan), Martina (Michael Power, Leopardstown, Dublin), Fr. Eamonn McLaughlin (Rome), Lorraine (Patrick Byrne, Glynn, Wexford), Desmond (partner Nicola, Cloughbane), Shane (partner Kellie, London), brother Jimmy (Carmel, Killimor, Galway), sister Mary (Jim) - grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his late residence in Cloughbane, Downings. House private from 11pm until 11am and on the morning of the funeral.

Requiem Mass in St. John the Baptist Church, Carrigart at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 21, which can be viewed online on Mevagh Parish Facebook page, followed by interment in the family plot in Carrigart Cemetery.

Peggy McNelis, Glencolmcille

The peaceful death has occurred of Peggy McNelis, 45 Fr McDyer Terrace, Cashel, Glencolmcille, peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Letterkenny University Hospital.

Sadly missed by her sons John, Patrick, Brendan, Eamon, Christopher (RIP), Robert, Paul and Noel; daughters, Christine Byrne, Angela McBrearty and Dodi McNelis; her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Removal from her late residence on Tuesday for Funeral Mass at 11am in St Columba's Church, Cashel, Glencolmcille with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please with donations in lieu to Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin.

Bridget Greene, Crolly

The death has occurred at her home of Bridget Greene, Crolly, originally from Derrynamansher.

Predeceased by her husband Doney and her son Patrick. Sadly missed by her daughters Kathleen, Ava, Sheila and Marie and sons Hughie and Michael, sister Anna (Fleming), in-laws, grandchildren and extended family and friends.

Her remains reposed at Roarty's Funeral Home on Monday evening before removal to her home in Crolly to repose overnight. House private to family, only.

Funeral Mass in St Patrick's Church, Meenaweal, on Tuesday at 11am, with interment afterwards in Magheragallon Cemetery.

Rose McLaughlin, Clonmany

The death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Rose McLaughlin (née Gordon), Figart, Isle of Doagh, Clonmany, F93 R61V.

Beloved wife of the late Daniel, much-loved mother of John, Liz and Donna. Deeply regretted by her sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and extended family.

Funeral from her home on Tuesday at 10.20am going to St Mary’s Church, Clonmany for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Patrick Joseph Diver, Roxtown, Clonmany, F93 NC89.

The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Brendan McNulty, Donegal Street, Ballybofey.

Beloved husband of Margaret, much-loved father to sons Gerard, Brendan and Kevin, daughters Roisin, Nuala, and Aideen, dearly loved grandfather to Nicole, Lynn, and Ultan, cherished brother of the late Jennie, Maggie, Harry, Danny, Paddy, Charlie, Johnny, Marian, Rose, Bridie and Carmel, Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, son- in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.

Funeral leaving his late residence on Tuesday at 10.40am for Requiem Mass at 11am in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar.

Interment afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery. Requiem Mass will be streamed live via the Parish Webcam at https://www.churchservices.tv/stranorlar.

The peaceful death has occurred at his home of Barry Kearney, Churchtown, Carndonagh.

Predeceased by his wife Susie, sadly missed by his sisters Marlene, Josephine and Emer, his children Paul, Elizabeth, Joanne, Barry and Siobhan, his sons and daughter-in-law and grandsons.

Reposing at his family home with removal from there at 10.15am on Tuesday for Requiem Mass at 11am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Carndonagh with burial thereafter in the adjoining cemetery.

Margo Bye, Castlefinn and Meath

The death has occurred of Margo (Margaret) Bye (née Porter) Castlerickard, Longwood, Meath, A83 FX70 and Castlefinn.

Beloved wife of the late Walter H and loving mother of Avril (Jacob), Hazel, Gordon and Mervyn. Sadly missed by her family, son-in-law Raymond, daughter-in-law Jean, grandchildren, Russell, Shaun, Laura, Eric and Harry, her long-time friend and carer Ann, extended family friends and neighbours.

Reposing at her home in Castlerickard. Removal on Tuesday at 12 noon to St Ultan's Church, Rathcore, Enfield A83YX70 arriving for funeral service at 1pm followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.

Susan McConnellogue (née McLaughlin), The Cottages, Churchill

The death has occurred of Susan McConnellogue (née Mc Laughlin), The Cottages, Churchill. She passed away peacefully in Hillcrest Nursing Home, Letterkenny. Predeceased by parents John and Roseann McLaughlin and husband Denis McConnellogue.

Deeply regretted by daughter Rosemarie and son-in-law Peter (Ballymacool, Letterkenny), sons James (Canada), John and partner Maria (Glasgow), Denis and wife Angela (Luton), Daniel and wife Clare (Luton), Kevin and wife Valerie (Mayo).

Fondly remembered by brother John Charles McLaughlin (Glendowan) and grandchildren Daniel Jnr, Oisín, Aoibhe and Matthew. Always remembered by extended family members, good neighbours and friends. 

Susan’s remains are reposing at her late residence. Funeral from there on Tuesday, December 20, for Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Colmcille’s Church, Glendowan, followed by burial in Templedouglas cemetery.
