Rosemary Keogh, Dublin and Buncrana

The death has taken place of Rosemary (Roma) Keogh, née Holland, Dalkey, Dublin and formerly of Killiney, Dublin, and Buncrana, Donegal. She died peacefully in her 91st year, in the care of Our Lady’s Manor Nursing Home, Dalkey and her special carer Nhetie.

Beloved wife of the late Cyril, loving sister of Doreen Mooney; sadly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and friends.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 10am in the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Castle Street, Dalkey, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome.

Peggy McGinty, Letterkenny

Tá Peggy Bean Mhig Fhionntaigh (Ní Choinn), 376 An Bealach Dearg, Leitir Ceanainn, Co. Dhún na nGall, agus roimhe seo An Clochán Beag, An Clochán, Co Dhún na nGall, imithe ar shlí na fírinne.

Ar shlí na fírinne roimpi, tá a fear céile, Thomas (2015), a deartháir, Jimmy, agus a deirfiúracha, Nanny Stewart, agus Kitty McDaid. Maireann a clann, Thomas (Orla), Michael (Breege), Bríd (Johnny), Patrick (Sharon), Charles (Aoife), Eunan (Niamh), Catherine, Mairead (Kevin), John Paul (Doreen), Ann-Marie, agus Kevin, chomh maith lena gharpháistí.

Beidh an faire ar siúl sa teach cónaithe ó 2in, Dé hAoine. Tá an teach cónaithe don teaghlach amháin ó 11in go 12rn gach lá. Beidh an paidrín ar siúl gach oíche ag 8in.

Beidh Aifreann sochraide ar siúl ag 12in, in Ardeaglais Adhamhnáin, Leitir Ceanainn, Dé Domhnaigh,  le h-adhlacadh i Reilig Chonbhála. 

The death has occurred of Peggy McGinty, née Quinn, 376 Ballaghderg, Letterkenny, and formerly Cloghanbeg, Cloghan.

Predeceased by her husband Thomas (2015), her brother, Jimmy, and sisters Nanny Stewart and Kitty McDaid. Much loved mother of Thomas (Orla), Michael (Breege), Bríd (Johnny), Patrick (Sharon), Charles (Aoife), Eunan (Niamh), Catherine, Mairead (Kevin), John Paul (Doreen), Ann-Marie, and Kevin. Cherished grandmother to her 16 grandchildren. Deeply regretted by her large circle of family and friends.

Peggy's remains are reposing at the family home. Family time from 11pm to 12 noon daily. Rosary each night at 9pm

Requiem Mass will take place at 12 noon on Sunday in St Eunan's Cathedral, Letterkenny, followed by burial in Conwal Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny

Robert Elliott, Donegal Town and Lettermacaward

The death has taken place of Robert Elliot, 30 Railway Park, Donegal Town, Donegal, F94 H3E9 and formerly of Farrigans, Leitir.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Veronica, daughter Kelly, her partner Kenny, son Keelin and all the extended Elliott and McCready families.

His remains are reposing in Tir Conaill Funeral Home, Drumrooske, Donegal Town, F94 FX3A, on Friday from 2pm to 9pm, and at his late residence on Saturday from 2pm to 9pm. House strictly private on the morning of the funeral please.

Funeral Service in Donegal Parish Church at 2.30pm Sunday followed by burial in the Glebe Cemetery, Donegal Town.

John Lee, Dublin and Ballyshannon

The death has taken place peacefully surrounded by his family in the tender care of the staff of St Vincent’s University Hospital, of retired Detective Garda John Lee, Richmond Hill, Rathmines, Dublin 6, and formerly of Ballyshannon.

Predeceased by his father John; adored husband of Fiona, loving and much-loved father of Ciara and John, and beloved son of Roisin. John will be forever loved and dearly missed by his wife and children, his mother, brothers, sisters, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

His remains are reposing at Massey Bros Funeral Home, Templeogue Village, D6W AC82 on Friday afternoon from 3pm to 6pm.

Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of Mary Immaculate Refuge of Sinners, Rathmines Road arriving for 10am Requiem Mass followed by Cremation Service at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
