The following deaths have taken place:

John Browne, Ballyshannon and Waterford

The death has occurred of John Browne, 16 Assaroe View, Ballyshannon, Co.Donegal, F94 RK25 and formerly of St John's Park, Waterford City.

Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Teresa and James and his brother Jimmy.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Jennifer, his daughter Sonya (Paul), his son Jonathan, his grandchildren Aaron, Katie and Tamara, his brothers, sisters and all his extended family and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Monday and Tuesday from 1pm till 8pm, house private at all other times please. Removal on Wednesday morning to St Patrick's Church, Ballyshannon for 11am funeral Mass followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium in Cavan at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to North West Hospice, Sligo. C/o John McGee & Sons Funeral Director's or any family member.

Eileen McGonigle, Clonmany

The peaceful death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Eileen McGonigle, Chapel Glen, Clonmany, F93XY20

Beloved wife of Michael and much loved mother of Geard, Catherine, Angela, Georgina, Roisin, Owen and Elaine deeply regretted by her son in law’s, daughter in laws, grandchildren, sisters, nephews, nieces and the wider family circle

Reposing at the family home on Sunday, April at 3pm.

The wake is private to family and close friends at the request of the deceased please.

Funeral from there on Tuesday morning April 15th at 10:40am going to St Mary’s Church Clonmany for requiem Mass at 11 am followed by cremation at Lakeland Crematurim Cavan at 5pm.

Family flowers only please donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice C/O any family member or Mc Feeley Funeral Directors.

Cormac McMonagle, Cloghan

The sudden death has taken place of Cormac McMonagle, Meenagoland, Cloghan, Co. Donegal, F93 D927.

Reposing at his home. Requiem Mass in St Colmcille’s Chapel, Fintown on Tuesday, April 15 at 12 midday with burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

The funeral Mass can be viewed on Teach Pobail Cholmcille Facebook page.

Rosary nightly at 9pm with family time from after the Rosary until 11am Monday, April 14 and also on the morning of the funeral.

Cormac is survived by his wife Margaret, daughter Nadia, brother Eddie (Maureen) and sister Peggy (Neilie), nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is pre-deceased by his mother Margaret, father Francie and brother Barney.

Brigid Coyle, Falcarragh and USA

The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Brigid Coyle, Falcarragh, and formerly of Willow Grove, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA.

Brigid will be deeply missed by her sisters Mary and Nora, her nieces, her nephews and her very close and loving cousins and friends in America. She is predeceased by her sisters Kitty, Sally and Teresa and her brothers John and Jimmy

Her remains will repose at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Ballyboes, Falcarragh, F92RW32 from 6pm to 9pm on Monday with Rosary at 9pm. Family time on the morning of the funeral.

Funeral from there on Tuesday for12 noon Mass in St Fionan's Church, Falcarragh F92 N6Y9 with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The funeral mass can be viewed live on mcnlive or https://bit.ly/SweeneyFuneral

Philomena Hunt, Waterford and Donegal Town

The death has taken place peacefully surrounded by her loving family, of Philomena Hunt, née Maguire, Doneraile Place, Tramore, Waterford, X91WK11 and formerly of Donegal Town.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, Philomena will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children John, Mary, Trish, Michael, and Declan; and her adoring grandchildren Ciara, Liam, Holly, Ailish, Rory, Olivia, Áine, and Molly. She will be forever remembered by her nieces and nephews, in-laws, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours, and many friends.

Philomena's remains will be reposing at her residence in Tramore on Monday from 5pm to 7pm. All are welcome. House private please outside reposal time.

Philomena's Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 15 at 10am at The Church of The Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford

The funeral cortège will walk from Lodges Corner, Tramore Credit Union, at approximately 9.40am to arrive for Requiem Mass at 10am at The Church of The Holy Cross. As per Philomena’s wishes a private cremation service will take place at a later date.

Angela Cunningham, Carrick

The peaceful death has taken place of Angela Cunningham, née Boyle, at home on Teelin Road, Carrick, under the exceptional care of Barbara, her home helps, the palliative care team and family members and neighbours.

Angela is predeceased by her husband Connie and son JP, her parents Hughie and Maggie, her brother Joe Joe and sisters Catherine (Kelly) and Anna (McHugh). She will be greatly missed by her sons Michael (Siobhan), Dessie (Marie), Conal (Nikki), Hughie (Michaela) and Shaun (Ashling), her sisters Mareet (O'Donnell) and Teresa (McGinley), her brothers-in-law Barney (Cunningham) and Jim (Kelly), her sisters-in-law Nellie (Boyle), Bernie (Cunningham) her grandchildren Nicole, Leeza, Adam, Cara, Jamie, Evie, Jack, Senan, Conn and Johnny, nieces and nephews and by her many family members and friends.

Her remains are reposing at her late residence on Sunday from 11am.

Removal Monday morning from her late residence to St Columba’s Church, Carrick for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
