A local restaurant in Moville has taken over management of the restaurant in Greencastle golf club.

Inish Fusion was established in 2013 by chef John McDaid. By taking over at Greencastle golf club, the restaurant is continuing to expand as they do outside catering as well.

Inish Fusion took over at Greencastle golf club on Wednesday July 24.

“The opening went well,” says chef John McDaid. “We had golfers and walk-ins but it will take time to grow.”

The current menu is an interim menu until they get set up properly.

The new opening hours are the restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesdays and Thursdays will be open between 2pm-8pm. Friday is 1pm-8pm with a limited menu. Saturday is 12pm-8pm and Sunday will be 12pm-6pm. There is a limited menu on Fridays.
