The new spin-off from the Games of Thrones series is set to return to Northern Ireland for filming.
The author behind the series, George RR Martin, the author behind the series, shared that he will visit Belfast this summer as production begins on the new HBO project, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
Based on the Tales of Dunk and Egg series, the spin-off is based in the same universe as GOT, which was filmed in Northern Ireland for almost a decade.
IMBD describes the series as: "A century before GOT, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his squire, Egg wandered through Westeros, while the Targaryen dynasty ruled the Iron Throne and dragons were still remembered, great destinies and enemies await the incomparable friends."
Former rugby player and actor Peter Claffey will play Ser Duncan.
